It's been a while and this is more Mex than Tex, imho. Good food and margs. Used to go a lot before S. Congress turned into Times Square. Music often outside. Unless you luck out and a parking spot opens up outside as you arrive, use the public parking lot behind (don't bother doing this if you're not driving!!)

Go to the bar in the rear for a better vibe. Great cocktails, great food in a great atmospheric bar with big leather Chesterfields. Been here many times and enjoyed them all.

Safety and comfort in the studio
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, do not leave doors open after use. Being so close to a large wooded area means you may see or hear local fauna such as geckos, lizards, frogs, lined snakes, deer, raccoons, foxes, bobcats, coyotes, red tailed kites, owls, turkey vultures, wild turkey, roadrunners, wood pigeons, cardinals, bats, rabbits, squirrels, cicadas, crickets, scorpions, muddaubers, fireflies and mosquitoes. Keeping any of these uninvited guests out of the studio will make your stay a memorable one for all the right reasons.
