Jinda Thai is one of the not-so-best-kept secrets of Richmond, and for good reason. The food here is unbeleivable. True Thai cuisine at its finest. It does get very busy so bookings are essential. It's not within walking distance, so take an Uber or your car to get there.

An icon of not only Richmond but of Melbourne. There's a reason why they call Melbourne the sporting capital of Australia, and it's because of these magnificent sporting grounds that kiss the edge of the CBD. If you can on your stay, going to an AFL football game is unlike anything else. It's an electric atmosphere where even if you don't know the rules of the game, the person next to you will be sure to let you know what's going on. Very child-friendly activity to bring the whole family to. A 5 minute walk from LLR.
