In under a half an hour you can get great homemade ice cream and you get see the farm where the milk was produced to make the ice cream! I like their mint chocolate chip myself!

It’s delicious French food!! Try the risotto with shrimp and asparagus and cheese! It’s my favorite! They have great homemade desserts too! They also have a food truck to check out too!!

Find a swimming hole, rent tubes or view the picturesque covered bridges on this road trip! Visiting the Georgi museum in Shushan, New York is a great place to picnic and go for a swim in the Battenkill! Definitely one of the favorite swimming spots along the river but no cover bridge here!!

An annual hike for my family when summer arrives! A moderate hike with a beautiful waterfall! Get there early because the parking lot fills up quick! We like to follow it up with Sam’s wood fired pizza at the circle in Manchester. There are shopping outlets and a great bookstore there too!
