Use the local bus instead of taxis
Taxis in Cayman are very expensive. Sadly we don’t have services like Lyft or Uber but we have local buses that cost a fraction of the cost of taxi’s. For about USD $5 (per person) you can get around all over the island.

If you’re renting a car and reach a 4-way stop remember that its based on who gets there first. If you get to the stop first, after all of the other cars have reached their stop, you’re first to go. If you reach second, then you’re second to go, and so on. Some people are bad drivers though so still be cautious.

They’re not as hard as they may look. Just remember one thing, the person incoming on your right always has the right of way. NEVER stop on a roundabout, it’s a quick way to cause an accident. If you realize you’re in the wrong lane, just go around and incorporate yourself into the correct one using your indicators.
