Best Blue Cheese in the world! Won International Cheese awards
You must stop by here and try some of the International Award winning Blue cheese they won at an Amsterdam Cheese Festival. It was the 1st time in history a US cheese maker won this international award since like the 70's or something. You can read the articles in New York Times or others, just Google it.
They also do free tours I believe, so call in advance. Since it's only .5 miles from the house, you can also stop by. They will have a sign out by the street that says the Farm Stand is open.
I've done the tour like 3 times and always learn something new each time. Great people and even greater cows!!

Best brunch in Grants Pass!! This scratch kitchen outsources many of their ingredients locally from organic farms and you won't be dissatisfied. You may want to go early to avoid the waiting times, but the wait is worth it. Trust me, if there is a line to get into somewhere, that's not a bad thing.
Checken and Waffles is my Fav., but I also like the Huevos Rancheros. Poutine is also great, just get their homemade biscuit and grits.
Salads and sandwiches are also good.

Some of the best food in town and their bartenders are great as making a variety of delicious drinks to cool with. Go early, for there will probably be a wait...which is sometimes a good thing:)

If you want to go out for a cheap and strong drink to pregame, this is the dive bar to get one. Locals call it, "The Wonder Blur". It's because if you're not careful, you will leave seeing double!!
It's just a fun place to stop at for a strong cheap drink. They also have a pool table that cost 50 cents.

This place is real close to the house. You can go for a jog there, just watchout for cars...for there isn't much for sidewalks. If you jog from the house to the river; it's about 1.8 miles.
You have to pay to park in the park area, but if you drive through the gate like most, there is free river access.
I'd even bring a speaker, some towels and sit down by the river for an hour or two...depending on weather.

Limpy Botanical Interpretive Loop Trailhead
Put this in your GPS/Navigation app and take a right out of the driveway. This 1-mile loop is a dog/family friendly trail doesn't have too much vertical climb.
It's amazing! There is also a small waterfall towards the end of the trail. You'll see many great scenes.
There is Taylor sausage factory, cave tours, Wine tasting up in treehouse, and cool wood store with 4 tree houses on the left of road when coming into Cave Junction.
