Friedrichshain is host to Berlin’s oldest public park, Volkspark Friedrichshain. With the oldest parts created between 1846 and 1848 on the grounds of a former vineyard, the park has undergone various changes over the years.

This place is great had tasters of almost all the beers. The Bernstein is one that I enjoyed and had not had b4. If you want good beer this is the place.

This restaurant may not be a mind blowing culinary experience, but you know what? Sometimes the simplicity of well cooked food, attention to detail, and impeccable service can do the trick.
Been here many times - ordered the beef broth & Spätzle, then the beetroot tartare & veal schnitzel - everything was very well made and super tasty.
The atmosphere quiet and cozy, and the service professional and welcoming.

Truly awesome traditional bakery. One of the few in Berlin which still makes their own bread on site. They've been around for getting on for 100 years, but they've just given their shop a lovely modernisation. Highly recommended

This Bio-Supermarket includes a bakery, butcher and the fruit and vegetable department is varied and always super fresh.
The staff is very motivated and attentive. In this organic market, the customer is still king.
