Santa’s house is about a 20 minute drive from the loft, but it’s a must see if you’re coming into town. I always take my family and friends that come to visit.

Walking distance from the house, nice little park with great shops and a few food options available during the summer. It is still open in the winter, but all the food and shopping cabins are closed. Train, Merry go round and play equipment are a must do for the littles.

If you’re not here during the time that the ice park is live, this is a fabulous alternative. It’s a little on the old side as far as the building goes, but they do a great job of giving you a taste of what the park is in the off season.

Food scene
Super fast and always delicious. We always get sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls and steamed veggies.

Super delicious pizza, they have a bunch of different specialties and I haven’t tried them all but Buffalo chicken is our current favorite.

Now this place is super random and a bit of a drive, but it’s literally a bus in the middle of almost nowhere. Off the beaten path, gotta trust your gps when getting there. Make sure you call just in case they aren’t open that day and also to verify they have the ingredients for the pizza you want. They even have a little mini golf setup. Anyway, definitely take pictures.

Neighborhoods
We live just past the main downtown area. While I don’t feel unsafe and I let my kids play outside…we do have a bit of a drunk population problem that like to hang out downtown. They will occasionally meander to our street.
