Remember Colorado is super dry and Colorado Springs is over a mile high in elevation. Avoid high altitude sickness, headaches, and fatigue by staying hydrated!
We have both distilled and alkaline water on tap in the kitchen! We also have bottled water in the refrigerator in the front office.
