Snowshoe Shuttle Service
There is a free shuttle service offered at Snowshoe. If you stand near the entrance to the Wabasso units, a shuttle will come by multiple times a day. The shuttle can take you to Top of the World, The Village, Silvercreek, etc. The Village is also in walking distance of the condo.

There is a small convenience store on the mountain (Wildcat Provisions), but the prices are steep. We recommend stocking up on food and supplies before heading up the mountain!

Cell Service
Snowshoe is located in the Quiet Zone needed for the National Radio Observatory located in Greenbank. Cell phone signals interfere with the telescopes, so cell service is very spotty on the mountain. We recommend downloading directions before you make the trip up and bringing walkie-talkies to stay connected on the slopes.
