Whenever we have friends or family visit we take them to Adelitas for the Molcajete bowl! They don't take reservations and are almost always busy. It's well worth the wait though! They also own the bar/restaurant around the corner and offers a great patio. It is the same menu, but because it is technically a bar, it is 21+ (sorry no kids).

It’s known for Broadway, a bustling thoroughfare lined with vintage fashion boutiques, eclectic Asian restaurants, casual brewpubs and late-night hangouts for live music and dancing. Open since the 1930s, the art deco Mayan Theatre shows independent movies and has a popular bar. Green spaces include Phil Milstein Park, with riverside trails and picnic tables.
