Swimming or relaxation on the beach
Honeymoon Bay is a village about 15 minutes from Lake Cowichan. A gorgeous beach can be found at Gordon's Bay campground (day use beach or for campers). Dogs are not allowed on any BC beaches in the summer (although some people do take them and hope they are not ticketed).
