Local Mexican restaurant with good selection of Mexico City style street tacos. They're all good but we love the salmon tacos! You can call your order in and walk over to pick it up or dine in (they have an outdoor patio). If it's too crowded, there are a few other good restaurants right next door!

Metro
Our apartment is located on the Green/Yellow line of the Metro system. We are walking distance from both the Georgia Ave/Petworth (5 min) and the Columbia Heights stations (10 min). The metro can take you to all the monuments and museums, as well as out to Northern Virginia and surrounding areas of Maryland. You can also access Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) on the Yellow line, directly from our apartment.

Bus
Buses are a great way to get around the city. We recommend the Transit App for real time information.
Circulator: The McPherson Square <> Woodley Park Adams Morgan Circulator route stops near our apartment at the Columbia Heights Metro Station (near Target). This bus makes fewer stops but runs very frequently.
70/63/64: These buses will take you downtown and back to our apartment via main roads that run North/South near our apartment.
H buses: Across town and back, stretching from Tenleytown to Brookland. Some have shorter routes so pay attention!
50s: Up and down 14th street.

Arrival/Departure
It is best to fly into DCA or take a train or bus to Union Station when staying in Washington, DC. It is also possible to fly into BWI or Dulles Airport but the public transit routes are longer and more expensive.
From DCA, take the Yellow line towards Greenbelt. Exit at the Georgia Ave/Petworth Station.
Exit station on "SOUTHBOUND SIDE OF GEORGIA AVE AT NEW HAMPSHIRE AVE"
Walk South on Georgia Ave NW. Turn right on New Hampshire Ave NW. Continue on Rock Creek Church Rd. Turn Right on Spring Rd. Turn Left on 10th Street. Turn Right on Otis Place.
