Alhama de Granada is an old Moorish spa town perched on top of a ravine from where the Rio Alhama carves through rolling olive groves and almond tree countryside. Hot springs, which form four thermal pools, can be found close to the town. In the distance the Sierra Nevada mountain range can be seen, covered in snow in the winter and perfect for a spot of skiing. Close by are the Sierra Tejeda and Almijara, perfect for walking and hiking excursions. The town is charming and of historical interest. With its winding streets and many bars and restaurants, Alhama is perfect for a getaway.

With an extensive main menu offering something for everyone, as well as a Menu del Dia at 10 euros per person Tuesday to Thursday, this is a great place to eat, drink, relax and watch the world go by.
