My property is officially in 16th St Heights, but it's closer to Petworth. 16th St. Heights is a well-established neighborhood with mostly single-family homes that completely feels like you're in the suburbs. It's very close to Rock Creek Park so it's very quiet.

About as multi-cultural a neighborhood as one can get in DC! Great restaurants, live music scene...just a good place to spend an evening...any day of the week!

You can definitely walk into the park from my property! Enjoy a hike, run on the path, sit by the creek, visit Peirce Mill, or have a picnic! So much to do in the park!!

I worked here when I was in college and it's still one of my favorite places! Straight down Georgia Ave. (which turns into 7th street at Florida Ave.) and you'll run right into it. One of the best scenes in DC...fun vibe, GREAT food, better people!
