Named Bruunidun, the troll is nestled among the trees playing an enormous flute to call home the native Orcas. Idun is made from recycled and found materials by Danish environmental artist Thomas Dambo as part of his project. Idun is the third troll in the Pacific Northwest series with three more on the way. These models are found in Portland, Bainbridge Island, and West Seattle with more coming to Issaquah, Vashon Island, and Ballard. The exact location of Idun and her troll friends is not publicly disclosed, but that's all a part of the adventure! Take your time exploring new places and enjoying the nature where the trolls reside. When you are ready to find Idun, I'd recommend parking in the Lincoln Park #2 Parking Lot and following the mostly paved trail. Enjoy the beautiful beach down below!
