Enter only 1 block from the cottage! The trail is great for cyclists and you can rent one 3 blocks in the other direction. Repairs are not an issue as there is a bike shop 1 block away as well! It goes through woodland wandering as it follows Jackson's Creek and then you can choose another direction to Lily Lake and on and on!

It is right downtown but the lake is right there with beautifully cultivated gardens, a wonderful cafe with all kinds of food and drink and a deck overlooking the lake to sit by for free! You can walk all the way over the Otonabee to East City or leisurely walk back to your room at the Urban Cottage aka Murray Manor)

Every Saturday a free music concert at dusk! Put on your mosquito repellent and take a blanket or a camp chair and enjoy. Art Gallery is right there as well. The view of Little Lake are amazing!
