We have placed food orders with Mike's several times since we moved to the area and every order thus far has been excellent. It is packaged well, the portions are worth the cost and the food is absolutely delicious. I also love the variety of options.

I've had the most delicious cheese cake and chocolate cake here. It's a bit pricey but oh so divine!

Always be prepared for all weather
Our spring (Sep-Nov) and summer (Dec-Feb) seasons can be hot as hell and then suddenly you have a major thunderstorm. I therefore advise that you pack options for both and find an umbrella somewhere if you plan to be outdoors often. Thunderstorms are a norm throughout spring and summer and it's best to stay indoors when these come around.

We tip - the custom is 10% of your bill
When you visit a restaurant it's customary to tip your waiter/waitress atleast 10% of your bill although the amount is completely up to you. And because most service workers do not earn much, I find this to be a great way to support them and show your appreciation for good service (which I hope you will receive). And even though this is aimed at waiters/waitresses, it's also acceptable to tip car guards/food or other delivery persons/tour guides etc. If you are unsure abour tipping you can ask whether it's permitted or not.
