Our small neighborhood of Riviera Beach, fondly referred to as "Beach 87" after our numbered beach access, has a laid back, family-friendly vibe. Many of the owners visited Riviera Beach as children and now call the neighborhood home, or keep the tradition by bringing their families to vacation on our beautiful beaches.

Beautiful scenic and historic park for a picnic overlooking Lake Powell and Phillip's Inlet. Stop at the Visitors Center and walk on the hiking trails or enjoy the gorgeous beach. Paddleboard and kayak rentals available seasonally. This is a bit of Old Florida that you won't want to miss and it's very close to the house.

The Publix and Winn Dixie are less than a mile away but they can get busy during certain times of the year. Shop early for the best selection and avoid the crowds. If you want to avoid the store entirely, we do have Shipt grocery delivery here. Order in advance to secure your preferred delivery times. You can order from Publix, Winn Dixie, Target, ABC liquor store.
