From Makarska, you can take Jadrolinije ferries to the island of Brač, in the place of Sumartin, in half an hour, and from there you have daily opportunities. If you do paragliding, you will quickly reach the highest peak of Brač, Vidova gora (778 m), from where you can go down by parachute, independently or in an organized way through travel agencies. If you prefer to be firm with your feet on the ground, we suggest that you go from Sumartin to Nerežišće, and from there you need a few hours walk along the narrow and wild road to the Blaca desert.
