Great place for tubing. Not your typical slow moving water. There are some small rapids. Rent a tube at one of the places near the entrance of the park. There is a nice waterfall along the creek. Bryson City is a great little town. Cool places to eat and shop. Couple of breweries as well. We always grab lunch after we are done tubing.

Great spot for horseback riding. They have several different options. Small kids can do a stable ride which is simply riding around the stable area with a parent leading the horse. The best ride is the 1 hour River Ride. About 1/4 of it goes through a gentle shallow river on the property. An amazing experience for folks who like horses.
