This restaurant/cafe is a 100% vegan restaurant! Alysa is the owner and puts her heart & soul into crafting delicious soul filling dishes. If you want to feel revitalized and help support a local business I highly recommend this place. Its one of my favourite for lunch & dinner.

This cozy Italian restaurant reconnects you to the famous flavours of Italy. The owner often brings chefs from Italy to help her in the kitchen. The food is made to bring the traditional Italian flavour to our humble neighbourhood. Delicious pastas, pizzas and gelato's will wet your appetite. There's also an Italian shop within the restaurant which is a great place to pick up imported Italian foods and some souvenirs.

I am a hat lover this I can't get enough of this place! This hat shop has been around for a long time. They have a variety of fun and stylish hats for all seasons. The owner Roxann also carries a variety of Canadian hat makers which is great to see her support local and national hat artists.

This is a large mall filled with a variety of stores to meet all your retail shopping cravings. They have something for everyone. I find I will drive an extra 15 minutes to shop here not only for the great retail stores, but the mall is beautifully renovated with vast ceilings, grand water falls and an international food court.

I find I will drive an extra 15 minutes to shop here not only for the great retail stores, but the mall is beautifully renovated with vast ceilings, grand water falls and an international food court.

Make sure to brink your own wood & matches to use the public bonfire area. Maybe bring a few hot dogs and marshmallows too!

If your a beer lover, this is the place for you! This brewing is situated in the newly minted brewing district of Port Moody. Its a local hotspot on an evening so make sure you arrive early to avoid the line ups. Whats great is this brewery arranges for a few food trucks outside so you can order your favourite food and bring it into the brewery while you try your flight of beers taster. If you do go to Yellow Dog Brewing make sure you taste "Passion Project" beer, Its like summer beach party in your mouth! I recommend calling first to make sure what days the food trucks are there. Also its near the Fraser River and public park, so if your a bit tips after a few beers you can take a lovely stroll to sober up.

A fun place to get some beer and check out the brewery. They have some yummy snacks to nibble on and a live music which you can't beat. Make sure you call ahead to confirm when the music is playing. Its a quick 10 min drive from our place.
