Los Arcos is our absolutely favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. Wonderful food and service - they are often packed but the wait goes quickly. I love their Fajitas (Chicken and Shrimp is great) and Maria’s Special is amazing. They also make Guacamole at your table that is superb.

Di Trapani's has excellent Prime Rib, and Italian Food. Chicken Scallopini is my absolute favorite and my husband always gets the Cajun Salmon Linguini. Their house salad is awesome and you NEED to have dessert! They are located in the 1909 Historic Pershing School House – a beautifully redone place. Also, the owner and chef is Michael Scheffer from the Zeno’s Restaurant family. Zeno’s used to be located on Historic Route 66 (Martin Springs Drive). Sadly, the old Zeno’s location is now a car dealership. This is a wonderful place to eat everyday or celebrate those special occasions. Tell Chef Michael that Floyd and Tonya sent you!

They offer top quality food and service, but it can be a bit pricey. We’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and just enjoyed a nice meal at Sybil’s. This local loose meat hamburger joint used to be a walk up window in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. Their Maid-Rite and Cheeserite sandwiches are a favorite with the locals. They have amazing hand cut tenderloin sandwiches, great fried chicken, mushrooms, fries and onion rings. If you like soft serve ice cream they have white, chocolate and twist. They also have banana splits, their concretes are like a DQ Blizzard and wonderful, sundaes, shakes and malts.

Here is what the website says about it: Clifty Creek trail is a loop trail with the primary attraction being a natural bridge with a span of forty ft. Enroute to the natural bridge you pass through old growth Hickory and Oak timber, limestone Ozark glades, and cliffs overlooking Clifty Creek and you cross the creek twice.
A very scenic loop hiking trail leads from the conservation area parking lot to the natural bridge and back. A hiker can choose to take the loop, or can choose to go and come from the arch via the same trail portion. The trail has an intersection one-tenth of a mile from the parking lot. The right fork in the trail is an additional one mile to the arch; if you choose the left fork the arch is 1.4 miles away - one way. Both forks are very scenic and traverse some very interesting natural

This is a wonderful park for children to play. It includes lots of equipment, a lake, a big sidewalk going around the lake, photo ops, places to picnic. It's just a nice and fun place to be outdoors.
