Former Victorian lunatic asylum which once had the longest corridor in Europe! The beautiful grounds and surrounding parkland are well worth a visit. The gym in the middle of the building may offer you a free day pass - just ask at their reception.

An alternative to taking to the tube into London from Arnos Grove. Trains are every half hour during the day but very frequent in the morning and evening. Brand new trains have been introduced for 2019! The "Stop J" refers to a bus stop and I can't get rid of it from the title.
