Our rental cottage is in the Kennebunkport Village of Cape Porpoise. It is a scenic neighborhood close to a classic Maine family grocery, funky shops and great places to dine eat or pick up takeout. We are definitely down for the bars and shops of Dock Square and Kennebunk, but don't miss all that Cape Porpoise has to offer.

The largest of the Kennebunks beaches. Tidal pools and miles of ocean views. Parking near the beach is at a premium so get a parking pass and go early or late in the day. Bonfires permitted with permission from the police dept.

Bring your sticks and play 18 at two local clubs that allows guests, Cape Arundel GC and, my favorite, Webhannet GC. For the latter, you can book your tee times online. WGC has a small practice area, but for a true warm up, take your driver over to Hillcrest Driving Range and hit a bucket (or two).

Don't miss a workout!
A lot of travelers miss their workout routines and gyms while on vacation. But the Kennebunks have plenty of drop-in fitness options for seasonal visitors.
