Things to do in and outside Sundsvall: At Södra Berget there is a high-altitude course (High and low), at the foot there is also an obstacle course. Up on Södra Berget there is also Tarzanstigen and if the weather is bad there is also bowling, laser hall and the "prisoners at the fort". Norra Berget has nice historical surroundings with animals and playgrounds. You can also have a coffey and watch the fantasy animal "Skvadern". At Selångersån there is a skate park. You can swim at Sidsjön. There are many piers and several beaches. If you want to swim in the sea, there is Tranviken on Alnö. For indoor swimming, there is Himlabadet with slides and surf stream. A bit outside the town you can go to Sandnäset which has a long nice beach at Holmsjön. There is a Thai restaurant with a buffet 11-20 summer time every day (cheap child prices). On Sillre nature trail you can walk about 1 hour to a nice lookout point on Hattberget. There is firewood and a rest cabin. On the Indalsälven you can rent canoes and paddle. You can also take them on a trailer if you prefer some other water. At Skuleberget you can climb on Via Ferrata and in Skuleskogen you can walk and look at Slottdalsskrevan. On Åstön you can walk on the rocks by the sea and there are also hiking trails. At the house there is also a lawn with a croquet and cube games you can borrow. Right below the house there are also football pitches you can go to play (bring a football).
