Entering the resort the first time & checking in for your stay: a.security requires you to stop at the booth and they will give you a parking/Sandestin pass. b.Leave this displayed in your dash/window so that you can freely enter all areas of Sandestin Resort. c.We can only accommodate 2 vehicles at Harbour Point, parking is very limited.

a.You will be given a KEY PAD CODE the first day of your stay. **Remember, you may NOT enter before 4pm (unless you have permission from Mary or Bre)** b.You may use the resort grounds before and after your rental times while you are awaiting entry or after check out. c.Sandestin cannot access the unit, if you are locked out you will be responsible for a locksmith.

1. The golf cart should be located on the other side of the small pool. *It has #813 visibly on it. 2. ALL golf carts have mandatory parking sports. Loading and unloading can be done near condo entrance ONLY IF someone stays with the cart at ALL times!! 3. Driver’s must follow the same rules of the road - YOU MUST be 16 yrs of age and in possession of a valid driver’s license. 4. Golf carts may only be driven on the roadways and may not be operated on any sidewalk or path, even on golf course paths. 5. There is a tunnel under Highway 98 to access the beach.

To load the cart, one adult driver must remain behind the wheel, do not leave the cart unattended, you may pull up in front of the unit and load quickly. Harbour Point has a strict 4 minute loading rule, even if the parking lot appears to be empty. They do not have parking for carts anywhere other than the designated cart charging/ parking area. This is non-negotiable with our condo association. They will take pictures of violators immediately and text us. While you may see others breaking this rule, they are being reported and will lose cart parking privileges permanently for condo owners.

-No smoking/vaping or e-cigarettes are allowed anywhere inside the condo, on or around the patio, or near the front door of the condo. -Renter’s pets are not allowed on property per Harbour Point. Sorry, those you see are registered in the office and are owner pets. -Red punch like drinks for children (including juice boxes, Crystal Light, Kool- Aid and Gatorade) should be avoided and/or changed for lighter to clear drinks to avoid stains. Or just drink them on the beach and at the pool. -Please clean any spills or messes immediately to prevent staining

-Do not take glassware out of the condo. -Seafood waste/potato peelings/etc cannot go in sink drains… please dispose of in outside garbage as soon as you can but not overnight – (critters that will get into trash!!). -Do not flush any improper material down commodes. They just can’t take it and we can’t send a plumber until you check out. ($25 maintenance charge will apply) -Trash is picked up daily between 6am and 10 am. Simply place your bagged trash on the curb across from the condo (look for the trash pick-up sign) before 10am daily for pick up.

a.The tram can pick you up and drop you off a many locations, INCLUDING the beach!!! b.Your tram location is just outside the door. c.A map of location pick-ups and drop-offs as well as interval times will be in the condo for your use.

a. The key for the Harbour Point Pool is hanging on a hook beside the front door. b. The pool is open until 10 pm and has deck furniture, chaise lounges and bathrooms for your convenience. c. This pool is exclusively for the use of Harbour Point and Grand Harbour owners and guests. d. Please close the gate behind you.

You can have bikes delivered for all sizes and ages and ride Sandestin while staying, a fun way to get around and easy to park! Bikes R Us, is the company that we use and highly recommend at 1-800-837-6947. Bikes may be stored under the stairwell.

Check-In is 4pm. Check out is 11am. 1.Tennis is available by calling the tennis shop. 2.Yolo, boat and wave runner rentals available at the marina 3.Fishing- Sandestin is a catch and release property for the ponds/lakes. 4.Kayak, Yolo, jet ski, golf and you can jog, bike or walk all over the resort on the bike trails that will take you anywhere, even under Hwy 98, to the Beachside of the Resort without even getting on the highway

a. One is located ‘around the bend’ near the Link’s golf Course and Sunset Bay Café b. One is located in the Grand Sandestin. (look out the glass doors of the patio - - across the bay – and it is the tallest building you see!!) c. Printing and faxing are offered, and you may be charged a fee. Call the Resort Operator for hours as they adjust seasonally.

Bedroom: King bed with top of the line mattress and pillows, TV ,bedroom furniture, blackout drapes. Kitchen: Dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster and a George Foreman indoor grill. Living Area: Flat Screen TV with Cable, DVD, Murphy bed, side tables, lamps and two wicker chairs. Dining Area: Open to kitchen and living room, table for 4+, and you have seating for 2 at the bar top. Clothes and Linen Care: washer/dryer combo unit. You’ll find hooks on the deck for suit and towel drying in the sun.

-A hair dryer, towels and sheets are provided. -“Starter Kit” is provided which includes: bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, bar soap, and dish washing soaps. -Additional needs must be furnished by the renter. -Plan to pack personal items such as sunglasses and sunblock, shampoo/ soaps and all toiletries, beach towels, floats and additional (beach) toys.

1. Check out is 11 am. Send a quick text to 409.718.1263 when you have departed. 2. Strip beds and the Murphy bed (if it was used). Place all used linen and towels in the tub. 3. Load dishwasher and start cycle. 4. The golf cart must be plugged in at the charging station. 5. Be sure golf cart AND pool keys are left on the hook next to the entrance door. 6. The garbage cans can be emptied of all trash and take your last load of trash out to the trash pick-up area BEFORE 10am. 7. Condo should be left in good repair and overall good condition 8. Leave AC on 77 degrees and close the curtains.
