Helicopter rides, ski touring, freeriding, sledding, high-altitude gastronomic meals, or evenings with a variety of musical accompaniments: everything has been thought of to make your stay unforgettable. Multiple restaurants and café terraces throughout the resort, and on the pistes, tempt you with local dishes and others from further afield. Feel like a massage after a day in the open air? Snow sports combined with local traditions: the promise of the Val de Bagnes, a hidden corner of paradise Little wooden chalets, roofs covered with thick snow. That’s the background: a typical mountain village, quietly authentic. Yet this fairytale image is far from being all that Bruson has to offer its visitors. With 26 km of ski runs, and forests of well-spaced trees ideal for freeriding and ski touring, this resort enchants every lover of snow sports. Every year, it hosts a qualifier for the Freeride World Tour as well as the No Limits Bruson Freeride Tour (FWT Junior), attracting over 250 skiers and snowboarders intent on taking to the vertiginous slopes of Pointe de Sésal or Six-Blanc. Moreover, the Bruson-Verbier cable car puts the 4 Vallées skiing area within easy reach. Best of all, the village is famed for its local specialties and its raclette. Just rewards after a hard day’s sport!

Dominated by majestic peaks, the Haut Val de Bagnes is a magnificent natural area with numerous protected areas. Adorned in white, this preserved natural area offers nature lovers unsuspected discoveries. If the marmots have taken up their winter quarters, ibex or chamois may be on your way, at the bend in the alpine immensity. Given the harsh conditions at high altitudes, wild animals are in great need of quiet. Remember to respect the wildlife's quiet zones, and stay on authorized routes. Ski touring, snowshoeing, ice climbing and cross-country skiing are all part of the fun. However, be careful not to venture into the mountains without prior knowledge, preparation, or being accompanied by a professional.

FUNSLOPE From December 10, 2022 until April 16, 2023 A funslope is a distinct area within a ski resort commonly known from snowparks or cross, but which is to be clearly distinguished thematically from these two. Technically speaking, a funslope is a hybrid between familiar grounds like slope, snowpark and cross. The track will be conducted as slope. That means that there will be two different routes at the maximum, but usually just one line, that is, one way to ride downhill through the installation. The elements of a funslope are similar to those in a beginner snowpark, such as boxes and smaller jumps. However, what makes the funslope so special are playful elements like bridges, tunnels or a “snail” that is especially popular among children. From the cross department, there are popular elements like banks (small “steep” curves) and direction changes. Should it fit the ski resort’s design, the funslope can also be artificially enhanced with ice sculptures and the like.
