Cross the river into New Hampshire from Canal Street, near the corner of Main St. Take the first left after crossing the bridge, and the trailhead is about a minute away. From some high points on the trail you can see the town of Brattleboro from a lovely vantage point.
Good for warm weather hiking as well as snow shoeing.
