Sugar Loaf is a complex of hills located in the Urca and composed of the hill of Sugar Loaf, Urca and Morro da Urca Babilônia.Aos foot of the hill there is a trail that takes you straight to the Urca Hill station. After the climb, you can get off the cable car for free! But beware: you only descends from grace after 18h in normal hours and 19h when we are in the summer time because the track closes when it gets dark.
The trail takes place in Claudio Coutinho track which is at the left end of the Red Beach. The trail entrance is well signposted has an indicating board.
