This is definitely a DC favorite. When traveling for work this is Kiana’s favorite pit-stop for every return flight in to DCA. You can not go wrong with a kabob platter served with two sides, salad and bread. There is always a bit of a wait but it has been worth it each time.

Nautical history, from the American revolution to the present day, is recorded at the National Museum of the U.S. Navy at the historic 1800s Washington Navy Yard. Along the Anacostia Riverwalk Trail, The Yards Park has a riverside boardwalk and an event space for summer concerts.
