Sightseeing
At the crossroads of the st Lucie river, manatee pocket and the inlet. Great way to catch the breeze. Beautiful views.

Park in the parking lot and take the staircase to the water. It’s on the Intracoastal but it is unique because so much of this stretch of water is undeveloped. The wave actions create a series of crescent shaped white sand beaches along the shoreline. The water is clean and you can swim but it’s not as clear as the ocean water. The white sand beaches, however, are excellent. We call it Costa Rica. Close to everything but you feel secluded.

The Hobe Sound Nature Center

Micro food scene
My first time at King Neptune’s I was 6 years old. I still remember it vividly because they didn’t serve drinks. We had to go across the street to the convenience store (now a boat sales store). People went for the food and they still do. Daily specials. Thursday is all you can eat fish and chips. It’s small but it packs a punch. I think there is a family connection to another one of my favoritas - lazy loggerhead in Jupiter

Whenever my parents visit we go to Osceola Street. Great atmosphere. Great food. And I still can’t wrap my head around how inexpensive a simple breakfast can be here. Go. You will like it

It’s not in Stuart but it’s worth the short drive to Jensen Beach. The decor has a Bavarian feel about. The steaks are amazing.

But the stuart location has great energy too. Go for the food. Go for the drink specials. Go to make friends. Go. Go. Go.
