Mount Victoria Lookout is the city's high point for views of the city and harbour in every direction. It's 8.1 km from the guest suite by car, or you can just walk up there from the city along the walks through the trees, if you're keen. There are trails well marked out to get you to the top. (Some of the trails around there which were famously used as locations in the Lord of the Rings movie.)
