Food scene
Provo is home to many start ups and many ethnic varieties of food. There is no reason to go to a chain restaurant if you want to try the local eats. Try something new that only Provo has to offer!
Rockwell's has homemade ice cream with unique flavors, including Snickerdoodle, Muddy Buddy, and Honey Comb. I personally like getting Snickerdoodle ice cream atop a Snickerdoodle cookie with Graham Cracker sauce on top!

Taste is a fine chocolate establishment. They make their own chocolate (you can see the machinery) and they import the best chocolate bars from around the world. I personally like their sipping chocolate in the cold months and their iced chocolate during the summer.

Good Thyme is a farm-to-table place that has premade sides, meats, etc. in a cafeteria style line. You get your food really fast and it's healthy. They also have these cookies with Nutella centers that are to die for.

This Native American food joint is a little pricey, but worth it. The Navajo tacos and burgers are delicious. My favorite thing is the prickly pear cactus juice--it's bright pink and exquisite.

Communal was named after their type of seating, though you can get individual tables if you don't want to sit by other parties. I would say this is the most high end food in town.

Station 22 is known for their vintage sodas and homemade root beer on tap. They have fantastic burgers. My personal favorite is the Mac Attack--a burger with an entire side of jalapeno mac n cheese in the middle!
