Food scene
We launch our boat here and find a nice beach to day camp. Leave our boat in the dock area and drive down from the city everyday. Nice boat or car ride, 35 minutes, have a drink and food at Outer Harbor or Spring's Restaurant. Great Happy Hour deals and they have gas and beer at the Outer Harbor Dock Store, and get a bag of ice from the Springs Restaurant.
The Resort has a 9-hole Pitch and Putt golf course, fishing docks. Short boat trip to Bill Williams Preserve, nice slow putt- putt around the Island.

This bridge came from England. Beautiful bridge to view, walk across or motorboat under. There is a boardwalk with restaurants, arcade, movie theater, water sport rentals, bars, the famous canal where boaters moor and pull up onto the sandy shore to socilaize.
