Depoe Bay is home to a resident pod of grey whales. You can sometimes see the whales from the seawall. Whale watching charters are also available.

Devil's Punchbowl is a large hole in the rock headland where waves enter the hole and violently churn and spray. It's in the small community of Otter Rock which is about 5 miles south of Depoe Bay.

The Oregon Coast Aquarium is a world class aquarium with a focus on the flora and fauna native to the Oregon Coast. Be sure to walk thru the acrylic tube in the "Passages of the Deep" exhibit. The playful sea otters are my favorite exhibit.

Blow your own glass - float, bowl or paperweight! I've done a float a couple of times now and had a blast both times!! The glass needs to cool overnight before you can take it home, so I recommend making reservations early in your stay. They do offer shipping though.
