LOVE this place. It's maybe 20 min south of Winchester but is a good trip if you've been exploring around the area. They have great flavors, are generous with their servings, and even do ice cream 'flights' - so you can taste a lot of flavors. Yum.

You can also drive to the Cacapon Mountain Overlook (it's noted on the map at the above link) and see into Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, and Virginia.
