Hot Spring
This is one of the best onsens we have in downtown Beppu. It's only 3 minutes walking distance from your place and costs you only 100 yen. There are nothing prepared in the onsen so you have to bring the towel, shampoo, etc from our apartment. :) Please try the yogurt drink they sell after onsen, because it's the best, lol. (Please don't forget to bring the towel back).
Kaimonji Onsen

You can get here within 10 minutes by walk. Costs you 100 yen to use. It’s a beautiful onsen with around 100 year old history. The outside of the building is truly beautiful, so please enjoy taking pictures of it in the day and night. :)

(Suginoi Hotel, Aqua Garden)
They have a beautiful outside hot water swimming pool and onsen that you can enjoy only for less than 2000 yen. You can take a free shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes from the west gate of Beppu station. After getting out of the west gate of Beppu station, please turn right and walk around 20 seconds, then you can find a bus stop where you can ride a purple colored shuttle bus. :)

They have a beautiful outside hot water swimming pool and onsen that you can enjoy only for less than 2000 yen. You can take a free shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes from the west gate of Beppu station.
