Nice place to walk past and peer into. Lost its nave roof during the second world war. One can also climb up the ramparts or walk under, through the tunnel. Interesting place near to Gunwharf and Spice island

Worth a trip up if you have never done it before. Great views across the harbour if the weather is clear. If you are scared of heights would not recommend walking over the glazed floor looking down.

Expensive but well worth a visit - to do all the attractions will take more than a day. Be warned that the Mary Rose Museum has its own Ticket but is the best exhibit.
The Harbour Tour is a must as it is really good and insightful.

Located in Arundel about a 40min drive - worth the trip. It does charge entry to get into the castle but even just a trip to the town is worth it as it is idyllic.

About 40min drive - Car park is expensive but the best beach in the area however you can walk around from East Wittering where parking is better if you have the time.

Isle of wight is only a short hover or cat trip across the sea from Southsea. From Ryde, you get to get on public transport to get down to the south of the island.

Great food. Has a conservatory upstairs that sits looking over the harbour entrance. More expensive than other pubs around the area but the views are better. Also, do great fish and chips that you can take outside in the summer and sit and eat them on the harbour wall.
