I highly recommend this old gem of a restaurant. It is an institution in Madrid. Arrive early (13:30) or you´ll wait a long time to eat. Must order chicken, chorizo, salad and sweet cider (sidra dulce). Cabrales here are amazing too. You can combine this with a visit to the Campo de Moro, which is a LOVELY relatively unknown park behind the Sabatini Gradens and Palace.
