Roseland is home to the largest Latino population in Santa Rosa.
The heart of this neighborhood is home to the very first Mexican Food Park in Northern California. Enjoy the food from taco trucks in this new, permanent food park with tables, umbrellas trees and amazing food! Alcoholic drinks are available too!

When a donut is more than a doughnut! The $4 price keeps my purchases small, but really, how many doughnuts does a person need?! I'm vegan, and so I love that Johnny's offers 4 different vegan choices - cinnamon rolls on the weekends too! Yummy!

Wonderful local park with hiking, walking and cycling trails. Also next to Annadale State Park (they are connected). Paddle boats, a kids train, small cafe & ice cream shop (in summer), a playground, picnic grounds - really pretty.

Nice hiking trails in the Oaks and Bay Trees. Fantastic views as you climb. Also has a frisbee golf course. You'll see cows as you walk around. Pet friendly and blocks from my listings.

Brunch Spot
Local breakfast / brunch spot that is a 5-10 minute leisurely walk from my listing. The owner is the chef and his staff has been there for years. Fast, friendly service and good breakfast offerings. I'm vegan now, so not as many options for me besides oatmeal, toast and salads, but great for standard American breakfast and they have the most delicious pecan sticky buns I've ever tasted (not vegan) - they sell out every day...

Their tagline is: "Bikes, Beer, Coffee. Not necessarily in that order." Santa Rosa has a lot of bike shops, and this is the sister store to Norcal Bikesport (awesome selection of bicycles and a top notch repair and bike fitting shop for serious riders), and The Bike Peddler (also great - and sells regular and ebikes).
