Best (and closest) Cafe/Restaurant
We count ourselves lucky that this is the closest cafe/restaurant to us. Fiskastykkið is the 'hottest' place in the Faroes at the moment. One of Faroese most famous chefs said that Fiskastykkið was the best in the Faroes.

Local Grocery Shop
The local grocery shop. This is the closest grocery shop to the house. We try to buy everything from here to support our local shop. We almost lost the shop in 2021 because they barely made ends meet and closed. We thankfully got a new food chain to start by asking them if they could come here and by promising them that we as a community would rally around our local shop by buying our goods here. Many old people that do not have a car or a driving license need this shop for being able to stay in their homes. Otherwise they get shipped off to a retirement home. We would really appreciate the support.
