Lewisburg is one of the "untapped" areas close to Nashville. With a population of close to 12,000 we are lucky enough to be close enough to all of the fun, but just the right amount of distance from it as well.
One of Cesar's favorite wines, Blackberry Blues, comes from this winery.
Pickers Creek Winery is a beautiful place to spend your weekends in Lewisburg. The winery is open Friday- Sunday (but you should really check them out on Saturdays when they have live music). Their hours of operation are
Fri 11 am - 6 pm, Sat 11 am - 6 pm (if they have music they close at 9)
Sun 12 - 5 pm.

Matthew has a quite funny experience from the Duck. That story involves a little too little sunscreen. If you're an outdoorsy individual, make sure to plan a day to float down the river (don't forget to put sunscreen on your feet)!

With 151 species of freshwater fish, 55 species of mussels, 22 species of snails, and many other types of animals, the Duck River is rich in wildlife. Renting a canoe or kayak is a great way to spend the day with family or friends of all ages.

We have no need for a coffee chain in town, because we have the Bro'rista! What started as a memorial dedicated to their son, this coffeehouse has become a favorite of almost everyone in town. You have to try the tomato bisque. If you want a dessert, you've got to go early.
