This is my suggestion for you to store your luggages before the check-in, while you wait for the apartment to be ready, or after checkout, if you're living the city later.
Inside the subway station there are self-use lockers that work 24h/7. This place is super convenient if you're going to the Airport, you will most likely use the subway and if so you will necessarily have to go through Trindade Subway Station.
