Our local town has a beautiful, tree-lined high street. Our favourite shops are Rising Star (next to the Woolpack Pub) which sells unusual antiques and bric-a-brac and Woodcocks (near Waitrose) for smart homewares. There’s also a seriously good chocolate shop – Coco at Truffles – at the far end of the high street. Tenterden has Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets
