Lovely place to spend some time. Plenty of food venues to choose from, lovely gardens to explore, bbq or picnic if you wish, a great childrens playground and swimming pools,water play areas as well as its own beach scene, all set along the beautiful Brisbane River. The museum and art gallery are at one end of this area also. Easily reached by train or bus or if you prefer, The City Cat also stops there. This can be caught at Bulimba or Mayberry Park, (highly recommended)
