There is an island made of the river Jizera. You can spend whole day there playing, swimming, reading.. just chilling. :)

There is a town made by nature of rocks... it is called rocks town.. you can walk there all day. IF you are too hot or too tired you can just walk down to a camp Sedmihorky where there is a pond and you can enjoy a water and refreshing drinks.. :)

It is beautiful trail around the river Jizera. Not so many people there. Definitely not made for babies but from 6 years I think it is great. You can even bath in the river on few places. Just go to Semily by train - must watch signs, or go to Spálov by train and when you get to the end of trail you just turn back. Both are possible, I like the second more because you don't have to go through the town. There is a hotel in Spálov where you can have a snack before your train goes...
