This is the nearest beach. Lovely location with the old wooden railway bridge stretching right across the estuary. Sand dunes and sandy beach. Lots of shops and fish and chips. Well worth a visit.

Another seaside location. Lots to see and do. Walk up to the cliff top or take the cliff railway and see the views and visit the cafe. Walk along the prom, walk through the gardens & shops. Lovely

Just a short walk through the woods to the village of Dinas Mawddwy. Good home cooked food and very friendly staff. They have free Wifi too so you just need to ask for the password.

A lovely Welsh village. It has a lovely children's park with adult outdoor gym ! Such fun. Walk along the river. Great bike/walking route to Barmouth (Mawddach trail -9 miles each way). Lovely views.
