Ask for Dias( or Zeus,he is the young owner of the place) and say Semeli sends you and says hi! Also ask him anything you want about the island,he'll be glad to help,if he has the time.

During the day it works as a restaurant (bit expensive but not too much),nice food,great atmosphere,fantastic sunset view.
