The Dal is a great pub. Lovely deck, front bar and dining room. The food is much better than your typical pub, imaginative and well presented.

Not in Stansbury, but 20 minutes away is my favorite place for coffee. They roast their own coffee beans so the beans are always fresh. The chocolates are fantastic as well.
They have a simple selection of food as well and very good service.
