This place is perfect for cold weather eating. The place looks like a chalet in northern Italy and the pastas are amazing! Don't forget to leave room for the mini canolini :P Also nice in summer with loads of outdoor seating facing seventh avenue south.

This tucked away hotel near to the Holland tunnel has a very nice roof top with some great views of lower Manhattan and New Jersey. Cool place to go for a drink and enjoy the view.
